Booking Policy: Payment in full is required upon booking and payment is nonrefundable. Payment may be in the form of cash, check, or credit card (Master Card, Visa or Discover accepted).
Cancellation Policy: If Patron cancels their function The Garden Room of Loveland shall be entitled to retain the payment collected under this agreement.

Smaller Meeting Rooms: We recommend the Rialto Theater Center for smaller groups. Please mention The Garden Room when contacting Brittany Koonce at the Rialto.
