Welcome to The Garden Room – from small to large corporate events, we can help make your event a success. At The Garden Room, the possibilities are endless. We have the latest technology for presentations, teleconferences and more. The large stage and sound system will allow for the highest professionalism. You can choose your caterer, or we have a variety of business catering packages that may better assist your needs. Complimentary coffee, water and tea service is provided. Room Rental Rate: $60/hour ($240 minimum; daytime events only)*  
   
      Holiday Rates (Valid December 1-31st)

  • Monday - Wednesday, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.                               $750

  • Thursday, 5 p.m. to 11 p.m.                                                  $1500

  • Friday, All day                                                                       $2000

  • Saturday, All day                                                                   $3500

  • Sunday, All day                                                                     $1500

  • December 31st                                                                      $3500

Policies
  • Booking Policy: Payment in full is due upon booking, for events booked 6 months in advance or less. 50% of room rental is due at time of booking, for events booked more than 6 months in advance. Room rental payment in full is due 6 months prior to event.
  • Cancellation Policy: Clients will forfeit the rental fee or deposit unless we rebook the event date. If we book the date, client will be refunded full amount except a $100 rebooking fee.
